The Atlanta commercial real estate market still has much to offer in these difficult economic times. These past two years have opened up many opportunities for the large corporations and small business owner alike. The suburbs of Metro Atlanta which include Woodstock, Canton, Cumming, Alpharetta, and Kennesaw have helped Atlanta stay on top of its game in the commercial real estate market. There have been a large number of commercial constructions in these suburban cities over the past couple of years despite the economic slowdown.
A great number of large to medium sized corporations have transferred to Metro Atlanta from other major cities in the US and abroad. Many have come here for the luxurious executive office space available in the newly built high rise buildings across the city. Other companies have decided that logistically, Atlanta has too much to offer not to be here. With a nice average temperature and seasonal weather, many employees also fall in love with this city.
Many high tech companies have relocated to one of Atlanta's newly built research and development parks, medical laboratories, and call centers throughout the Atlanta suburbs. These organizations have been welcomed with open arms due to the large creation of jobs they are responsible for. The city's economic leaders are hopeful this trend will continue into the near future.
Atlanta has a perfect centralized location. That makes it a great region for product distribution. With its three major interstate road ways, a large railway network, and the busiest airport in the world, Atlanta is one of the largest transportation based cities in the US. Many logistics based companies call Atlanta home and will continue to do so in the future. Large transportation based companies such as Delta Airlines and United Parcel Service currently call Atlanta.
It's easy to see that, commercial real estate in Atlanta is a great investment for any company's future. Companies any size can find success here in this great southern city. A high quality of life, excellent schools, and a great climate make Atlanta a great place to work and play! - 28385
